Payment

Payment is due prior to service beginning in the form of a bank transfer/standing order or a major credit/debit card (UK only) payment. We preserve the right to terminate services without having notice due to dropped credit card transactions or non-cleared funds.

One off cleaning service needs a down payment payable to the Business by debit/credit card in upfront. The leftover balance must be paid for by cash or cheque to the cleaning operative before the operative leaves the Client’s property. If no transaction has been obtained at the time of completion of the cleaning service, the Client agrees to and authorizes the Company to charge his debit/credit card with the unpaid amount.

The Client agrees to and understands that paying the outstanding balance by debit/credit card will incur a 3% card handling fee.

Although greatly appreciated and a powerful way to say ‘Thank you’, the Client understands that tipping is not required.

The Company reserves the right to charge interest on invoiced sums uncompensated for more than 30 days at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from the due date until the date of actual transaction.

If the Company is obligated to refer the Client’s account for collection to a 3rd party then additional costs may be included to the outstanding amount by the debt collecting business. Any bank charges received due to a Client’s cheque being returned unpaid will be transferred to the Client at a flat rate of £30.00 per cheque. The Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement and back charge extra for past services to represent the balance of the standard rate(s) if any deceptive or fake information was used to acquire cheaper services. The Client agrees to and authorises the Company to bill his debit/credit card with any outstanding amounts payable to the Company
